PAMERA acquires and increases AUM to 500 million Euro

Munich, 13 December 2017 – The real estate multi-family office PAMERA Real Estate Partners (PAMERA) has acquired a ca. 2,500 square metre office, residential and technical building in Dusseldorf, in a joint venture with E.T. MYER Immobilien. There are plans to convert the property, situated at Brachtstrasse 28 in the Düsseldorf-Bilk district, to residential and to retain it for a longer term.

In a forward deal transaction, PAMERA has also acquired a residential project in Leipzig for a client. The property, developed by WINCON Immobilien, at Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 41-43 will be completed in 2019. It will provide 43 apartments and two commercial units, with a combined lettable area of over 3,500 square metres. It is intended to hold the property for the long term. BNP PARIBAS Real Estate Leipzig brokered the transaction.

Pamera is also participating as a co-investor in three larger development projects in Berlin and Munich, providing mezzanine capital of almost 15 million Euro.

These transactions bring PAMERA's current assets under management to over 500 million Euro, with 32 properties and projects in 13 locations.
